Meet Our Founder

Texas Forevers Event Planning was founded in 2024 by Lindsey Doerr, a Texas-based event professional with a deep appreciation for the meaning and care behind life’s most important moments. Lindsey’s passion for events comes from her belief that celebrations are more than logistics—they are experiences that deserve intention, respect, and thoughtful execution.

Lindsey gained hands-on industry experience working alongside respected teams at Stars Over Texas Events & Rentals and Rivercity Bartending, where she developed a strong foundation in event coordination, vendor collaboration, and behind-the-scenes execution. She credits much of her professional growth to the guidance, mentorship, and support of these teams, without whom Texas Forevers would not be what it is today.

After planning her own wedding, Lindsey knew the event industry was where she was meant to be. Experiencing firsthand the impact that thoughtful coordination and genuine care can have on a celebration reinforced her desire to serve others during their most meaningful moments.

Today, Lindsey brings calm leadership, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset to every event. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, clear communication, and respect for both vision and budget—ensuring each celebration is seamless, stress-free, and remembered for all the right reasons.
